After filling out the first page you can stop after clicking Continue and then go to the left side of the page and login in with your User Name and Password to access the Training Modules. It is FREE to be a member. If you are signing up for the 7 day FREE trial listing or any other package PLEASE leave the example numbers on the credit card part so we don’t get your card numbers and we will set up your FREE account. Do put in the correct information on the rest so we can contact you and go over any other sign up details. We have decided to use PayPal for all Credit Card Transactions. We do not want the responsibility or liability of having your Credit Card numbers. You do not need a PayPal account to use your Credit Card through PayPal. If you are behind on your mortgage payments and heading into foreclosure we will give you a free listing for as long as it takes to solve your situation. First it never expires as long as you continue to pay. You can manually sign up each month or be on an auto pay and we will charge your credit card each month and you can cancel any time. You can drop out for a few months and come back any time you want and maintain your credits. Once you sign up you become a member. Each month you pay you can list a property. You can also begin your training if you are interested in generating more income. Each month you pay and do not list a property you gain a credit for listing a property. That means if you do not list a property this month but have one to list next month it’s FREE. Basically you are getting two for the price of one. Your credits add up month after month so you could list four or five properties in one month if you have enough credits. You will see from the training how you can actually generate income so that your earnings begin paying for all your listings and more.
